How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email. This email will include your tracking number and a link to check your order status. You can also go to your account page to view the latest updates on your order.
Can I cancel or change my order?
To cancel or modify your order, please contact our customer service as soon as possible. Once the order has been shipped or a shipping confirmation email has been sent, the order can no longer be changed.
What payment methods can I use with my order?
Currently, we accept two types of payment: PayPal and Credit Card.
What currency do you accept for payment?
All orders are processed in USD using the latest exchange rates. Prices may be displayed in multiple currencies for your convenience.
What shipping methods are available, and how much does it cost?
We offer FREE international shipping on orders over $69.00 and FREE US shipping on orders over $79.00. Orders below these thresholds will incur a shipping fee.
